Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience for all guests, The Joker Exchange asks that any cancellation requests be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled class or event.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled class are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Seating, materials, and staffing have already been reserved specifically for your registration.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled class will receive a refund to your original form of payment.
No refunds will be issued for mahjong lessons or leagues.
